That You May Become Sons of Light
John 12:27-36
The great blessing to us that comes through the cross of Jesus is that we may become fully restored sons and daughters of God. But there is much more about the cross that we need to reflect on so that we can fully delight in the grace given to us.
Jesus Chose to Enter into Darkness
His soul was troubled
His purpose was for this very act
He did it to glorify the Father
Jesus Overcame Darkness through the Cross
Now is the judgment of this world
Now will the ruler of this world be cast out
I will draw all ___ to myself
Jesus Exposes Us to True Light (Himself)
So we can walk in order that darkness does not overtake us
So we can believe in order that we may become sons of light
